The light output is asymmetrically designed: the main light shines downward, while a weaker LED module provides a pleasant upward illumination. The glare-free light distribution at a 47° angle guarantees comfortable lighting, ideal for reading or as mood lighting. Additionally, the lamp is continuously dimmable, allowing individual brightness adjustment from 10% to 100%.

Practical Rechargeable Function and Long Runtime

The integrated battery consists of two lithium-ion cells of type 18650 with 3.7 volts and a capacity of 2200 mAh. It enables a lighting duration of over 12 hours at full brightness, which extends further when the light is dimmed. The charging time is approximately 5 to 7 hours and is conveniently done via the included USB-C charging cable. The charging port is located on the underside of the lamp head. This rechargeable function makes the MIRAM lamp particularly flexible and independent of a permanent power source. Furthermore, the battery is replaceable, which significantly increases the lamp’s lifespan.
